BOOTCAMP: Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance work.

CALISTHENICS: Calisthenic training is a high intensity resistance training using the power of one's own body weight. This form of training is highly effective for those who want to master movements like pushups, pull-ups, handstands, and muscle ups. This is a full body workout that strengthens all parts of the body. 

BOX & BURN / PRECISION BOXING: Box & Burn is a high intensity cardio class, mixed with bodyweight exercises in between rounds. The difference between our two boxing classes, is that this class is more of a non stop full body cardio workout, as our Precision Boxing class is more realistic to actually fighting. You will work advanced footwork, partner drills, and realistic situations you might see in an actual fight. Both are amazing classes and will make you break a sweat.

TRX & KETTLEBELLS: TRX & Kettlebells is a full body workout, mixed with Strength & Cardio exercises. TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Kettlebells include ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: This class is a very precise exercise program arranged to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. This is a very exclusive training system that our trainers develop. Our class caters to people of all levels. We are only putting in 110% here, be ready to work!
